2/21/2012 Many of you may not know that I am a recent transplant to Portland Oregon myself! Portland was always a dream of mine and last year I finally made the leap and boy am I sure glad that I did. I truly love it here. One thing I kept thinking during my move was that every real estate broker should be required to move once every 5 years or so just to be able to have compassion for our sellers and buyers! I know it’s not easy! But, for me…. it has been so worth it! Portland is a city that has so much to offer. From being pet friendly like no other place I have been, to it’s extreme dedication to helping the environment by recycling and using sustainable products and being green friendly in general, to it’s awesome live music scene, beer festivals and food and wine events. So much to do, so little time! I have been here almost a year now and I am determined to do something new and interesting every week! So far it has been easy and successful! If you are planning a move to Portland, I can really relate to all the questions you may have. I am sure all of them passed through my head as I was packing my boxes to come up here. So, don’t hesitate to call me and ask me anything… from what the best restaurants are to who should cut your hair and everything in between. I will be happy to help you in any way.
